Where all good embellishments go to die

Considering I’m well known for changing my computer wallpaper about five times a day, I think I’ve done pretty well keeping the same banner for six months. But, sadly, it’s time in the limelight is now up and it has since been retired to Ye Olde Blogg, where obsolete banners are free to roam and frolic in the pastures…

Update: in an ironic twist Ye Olde Blogg has itself been put out to pasture (an error 404-themed one). Check out the banners here.

Good to hear you’re bing humane to your old banners and not sending them off to the glue factory.
Also, are you really overwrought or are you just a fan of big words and alliteration?

I preferred the old one. This one’s a bit too ‘fuzzy’ and the alliteration isn’t as sleek.

I see what you meant about the blurriness.

You didn’t tell me about the possession.

Oskar: it’s an exam-themed banner, so “overwrought” I will soon be. And yes, alliteration rocks (though Mr Olson would beg to differ).
Rvb: tough luck, it’s there in all it’s ignominious fuzziness ’til April next year.
    Hel: “possession”?

UPDATE: OK, in hindsight maybe the new banner wasn’t so great, so I’ve fiddled around with it for a couple of hours and come up with what you see above. Hope everyone likes the result better this time X)

I liked the first one, where you looked like a sexy vampire.
…but this one is cool too. : )
