I Am Officially Disturbed

A daily ritual in our household is to check our respective blog stats, including which search engine terms people typed in to find our blogs. Most often I get things like “aviva [insert random noun here]” (thanks to the insurance company), “toilets” (thanks to this post), “Myf Warhurst”, “Peter Booth” and even      ”sumosex” (care of a certain comment). Some of these are strange, some of them not, but at least I know how they relate to my blog, even if the people searching with these words didn’t find exactly what they were looking for.

Today, there is no such sense:

“uncle removing aunty bra in bed”.

OK, what? Why? And how on earth did my blog come up in the search results when someone googled that? At any rate, not the most comforting way to wake up in the morning.

Actually I discovered your blog by searching up “Peter Booth” (it’s for year 12 Art, you see).

…and then I got ridiculously diverted.

Anneliese: ah, excellent. It’s my mission in life to distract hard-working Year 12s, particularly with exams just around the corner. Glad I could be of service ;)
